Have milk for sale, quite a bit, what can I say I have strange habits 
What is the going price per unit please

Curious as to wether I should continue my tampering with the native livestock or go see the doc and get cured

Like everything in the game...it depends. Price will vary based on stats, stacks, server, etc.
If your on the Intrepid server, send me a tell - I need grind quality milk for grinding BE.

Overall is between 500 and 700 and I'm afraid I'm on the Infinity server, so I can't help you out, sorry

what profession do you need to be and what skill is needed to milk animals?

Nope, rangers dont get it cause their modifiers dont even apply to milking.

You need mask scent (from the scout profession) to milk. Then you can milk any female creature that is milkable . Just make sure you are using the mask scent or it won't work.

Oddly enough, the only milkable creature (that I've come across anyway) on Dathomir is the Bull Verne. Go figure.
Just thought I'd toss that out there so you all could scratch your heads along with me.
