I was playing around with the heavy fill reducing additive ( caloric reducer ? ) and made some vercupti with it.
The stats came out about
+595
40 fill
10 minutes
2 uses
My nutrition boost ones are
+1200
67 fill
10 minutes
2 uses
( about I don't have any on me atm )
I tried a few other types of food and got rather unimpressive results aswell. Yes you can stack the first one but what for, you use 2 to get a worse buff then just one ??? I'm wondering does anyone use them ( the fill reducer? ) or are they totaly worthless ?
Imo the fill reducer would have to add a small amount to the nutirtion to make it worth the cost. If that buff came out +700 then it might have been worth making.

Flavor enhancers are pretty cool. I got some +200 75minute brandy which is pretty handy. I have never been able to sell these though cause I never have enough milk.

yeah i would probably sell flavor additive enhanced flameout and canape if it weren't for the fact that the damn additives require milk.

Yea its not that the other additives are completely useless, the cost of them just puts them into the useless category in most cases.
They would still only be used in certain cases. The bonuses on them are just too low. None of them compare with the nutrition additive. The flavor addtive especially should have the exact same buffs as the nutrition. Maybe a little lower but the heavy should still be over a 100% buff with normal experimented additives.
Filling ones have some balance issues. I think the issue here is more with the possibility to use all the stat buffs or to be able to use certain ones almost all the time with no downtime. Just comparing the stat buffs with these is useless as it is obvious the most powerful buff will always come with a nutrition additive.
Quantity is a hard one just because of its nature. This is basically making a non-BE food into a non-BE food with 2-4 times the charges. The only bonus to the person is that they don't have to buy 3 crates and only need to buy 1 for the same number of uses. The one use I can maybe see with this is in Smugglers Delight. The amount of milk has turned me away from it. But then your capped at 50% or so.

What was the stats on the additives? Were they really good? Like food, additives have different stats and values. You might have had a particularly bad batch.

From the stats given the quality looks to be the same for each tissue.
Nutrition is around a 101% or so 50% experimentation
Filling would be around a 40%. 40%ish experimentation I think
Perfect filling additive would have dropped the filling down to 34. Maybe with better food resources it could be 33 or lower.
At those levels it might be useful. Good luck getting perfect resources for a filling additive though.
The more I think about this food, the more I like a filling additive in it. I rarely have 65-70 filling available for food. I may usually have 40 filling available for food. That would allow for a +600ish one time boost for emergency situations. +600 isn't a whole lot, if the thing you are fighting is going through 2k buffs 600 probably won't help much, but it certainly can't hurt.
I don't see this selling too well as just an emergency food though. I mean how often to people actually get in an emergency nowdays.
