with the BE additives it looks like there are two types, single or mass production additives, if i want to make some BE food in a factory do i need to have the mass produced additives or can u just use factory made singles?

i'm not sure i understand what you mean by factory-made singles. but for a factory run of food, any BE additives you use need to have the same serial number, like most components do.
