Hello chefs thank you for your time! I doubt any of you remember me but many months ago I was a bounty hunter who popped in here from time to time with questions asking for advice on how to plan my meals before taking a mark. I quit BH months ago but am picking it back up now because recent fixes and enhancements means that a guy who can only play 2 hours a day has a shot at mastering it.
Since my current meal of tat sunburns andvegasparine no longer exists I'm asking for help again.
I basically want to give my secondaries a good boost for a few minutes (and perhaps raise my HAM up a bit as well). I don't use doc buffs to take down marks because it doesn't help me (and it's a matter of preference). I don't need a 2K 3 hour buff. I need a short intense 5 minute buff. Also I don't want my ability to hunt a mark hampered by not being able to get a buff.
Ok enough with the intro here's what I'm looking for. I'm looking for foods and drinks that will raise secondaries with emphasis on constitution and maybe stamina. I've been looking at the faq's and food lists but would like your opinions as well.
I'm thinking of making breath of heaven and synthsteak part of my "pre game" meal along with muon gold. However if I can find some food to raise my mind enough I may skip the gold and use neutron pixie's instead.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for secondary buffs, you can try won-won(health secondaries), kiwik clusjo swirl(action secondaries), and canape(mind secondaries),
You may also want to try vasarian brandy which buff all mind stats and it's a drink, so it won't interfere with food buffs. Also try Vercupti of agazza boleruuee which buffs health, action, and mind, but choose which one you want to take carefully since you only have 100 filling of food, and 100 filling of drink.

Thanks for the quick response!
I've been thinking of won-won, canape, vas brandy and a neutron pixie as a "meal". I may throw in a accarragm to help boost action stats a bit because the kiwik would interfere with the won-won and the canape.
I also haven't ruled out a BOH to throw in the mix to replace the accarragm. The problem is digestion. I loved the old system because when a tat sunburn ran out you could just pop another one. Now you eat food and the food's effects are long gone but you can't pop more. I wish you could digest food faster.
It'll just require more careful planning on my part.
