I didn't look through the boards yet to see if anyone had already posted such aa topic, but I was wondering to the effect that Haavla abd Ruby Bliel have.
A) Is it supposed to reduce the amount of time that a doctor has to wait to heal again ("You are now ready to heal "message") ?
B) Is it supposed to reduce the amount of time that, when sitting in a medical center without anyone healing, you will recovery your wounds faster?
Or has anyone come up with the second theory because who these days sits in the medical center to heal their wounds without a medic or doctor doing it for them? Camps anyone?

I dont know the answers to your two questions... but I can tell you that its not the "inverse" of Bivoli. If you take it, Docs buffs wont increase.
