Ok, now I don't know about you guys but I'm doing my best to raise the awareness of people, not just my customers, in general about what Chef's can do for them Marketing is good. Information is better.

I have my hubby, who's doing armorsmithing, selling foods that will help people be able to wear his armor. And he takes the time to explain why those foods help too I have posted and talked in game with people about what sorts of foods they can use and why, and just generally tried to point out that spice is bad (Ok not really but surely I'm not the only one who runs into the "why should I try your food if I can get spice?" kind of thing) Anyway, in response to some of what I see, I've started making up some packs. I only have two at the moment, besides my "kibbles n bits" for CH.

I put together:

Charde (for Chef XP) K-18 Rations & Caf - this one is my Surveyor's pack - good for anyone needing approximately 180-270s of extra mind, plus it helps buff the regen/effectiviness stat therefore meaning, in my example, you can survey longer (especially if you do whilst in camp). I actually put this together while surveying to see what sort of effects it would have and how useful they would be. Unfortunately everyone's attributes are different so... I'm not sure how this would work for others. I did find that if you were a little careful you could pretty much keep the buff running constantly. I'm still trying to build awareness of the use of this little package. I sell it for 550, ina travel pack (so that's actually too cheap if you include the cost of the pack but oh well).

Starshine Surprise + Air Cake & Wastril bread - this I'm working on at the request of a friend, who's looking for more action related buffs. The Wastril is kind of a freebie. I haven't got a set price on this one yet - I'm hoping I can get to Mix I soon so I can change out the Starshine Surprise for the Ithorian Mist (but with that hit to mind?? I dunno I have to test it =/).

Then there's just my KibblesN Bits - 1k for 10 Almond-Kweevu Crisp Munchies, of varying uses (I noticed I'm getting a lot more 3 uses now that I'm half way to my first Chef box). Granted I know that most people would like something from the lower Domestics with more uses, but I simply refuse to use them in this case. Besides the "Crunchies" as I call them don't take as much meat *and* give my Chef XP which of course the Crispic and such don't. I'm willing to include some domestics items (note them in my list above) but I *must* have at least one Chef item or there's just no point.

At any rate, I was wondering if anyone else was doing this and if so what you were selling. Even if I can't make it now, I'd like to keep it in mind for the future. And now all this Cooking has made me hunger! Time for lunch

PS - I almost forgot! I'm also offering to buy back my travel packs (for 100 credits)so I don't have to make so darn many of them. I hope to have some revolving customers soon
