Thread: Still no milk?

Because of one missing resource you want to surrender your chef skills? Quick, SOE stop fixing all the other game problems, we need milk before a server *drumroll*"loosesits only Master Chef"! LOL, get over yourself!
The only way Chilastra is loosing is its only master chefis byothers reaching themaster chef box!
I thought maybe the creature habitat had something to do with milk. But i guess not, is it still not in game yet?

Chefs are the worst class in this game, bar none. Our buffs are substandard (even the sunburn). A doctor standing next to me did a 2.1k buff to 8 out of 9 of my stats for 11 minutes (no mind buff).
I was hoping that maybe the milk recipes would develop some food worthy of crafting. However, no milk means no crafting.
I leveled to master hoping that, once the devs gave chefs some love, that I would be able to help out in a way nobody on the server could. But, here I am a Master Chef, stuck crafting lvl 2 items that a person playing for 2 days can make, because they are the only things worth a **edit** in this game.
The fact that milk was disregarded (when eggs were thrown in with gusto) just shows me further that Chef should have been discarded in beta, because the devs do not seem to care about us. NOTE that Chef was the only profession without a single profession fix.
This is not the only reason. This is just the icing on the cake...the straw that broke the camel's back...
Oh, and P.S.
When I spoke to a CSR, he said to submit a bug about the lack of milk and, if enough people do, then it will get looked into.
So, everyone, start submitting as many bug reports as possible about this. The CSR basically said that we must spam them to be heard, so lets start spamming.
I guess there are more BEs than chefs, that is why the eggs and animal samples were included...

But you are wrong: Chefs are not the worst profession in the game. There are other professions that need just as much if not more work as this profession:
Ranger? Oh wait, I am a scout with new titles and my camps look really really nice....worth the 60+ skill points, right? .....RIGHT?
Commando? They got some attention in this patch, but they still have a long way to go before effective
Squadleader? Ever play one? Ever seen one lately? They have the nicest titles ingame, but useful? lol theyget to 'shout" a lot though

no, I will be a Kung Fu Master and go TKA (or any other Brawler elite professions)- ouch- medic medic.....where are my melee/range resistances?
Do not get me wrong: Chefs also need attention,but even in its current implementation they are decent profession, useful, but not the most useful, and that can be a good thing. I really do not want every second player suddenly wanting to become a chef. And being a master of a professionhas its own reward.
Milk is important, but there are weapons that still can not be made because of missing or extremly rare resources.But before I go declare publicly I will surender my skillsbecause of soemthing like milk, I would startgriping about medium and large flora harvestors,or moving tat sunburn to Mix IV, or food should be more user friendly, such as being stackable ( this would even be easier on their databases) or autoeating of food (like in EQ),...
And our buffs are not substandard! Ours are akin to EQ shaman buffs. Imagine a clericAND a chef buffing the same group (don't the buffs stack?)! Yes, a cleric has other many important uses to a group such as healing wounds and rezzing, where ours our skills are just that :buffs. So why not play a cleric? Or, why even bother play a chef?
