What do master chefs charge these days for fishnak, sunburn, BoH, or other high level stuff. Ive seen low prices and high prices, was wondring what is average.

the answer is a little deeper than $xxx. Some chefs use a 'per use' price structure and some use a formula of some sort to figure out the unit cost based on resources required, power used, factories involved etc.


If you find a chef that sells itemX for $xxx and that $xxx = afforadble, then buy it and remember who you bought it from.
