I'm starting chef and plan to master and make my own food shop Anyways I'm on the Infinity server (which just opened 2 weeks ago) so there isn't much in the way of other chefs or resources. Anyways I have a couple questions.

1. What resource stats do food use?

2. What are good foods to stock? I'm thinking BoH, rscycate, sunburns, and what else?

3. When a schematic looks for 'alcohol', what options are there? Pros/Cons of them?

4. What kinds of resources should I stockpile in mass?

thanks

1. The resource stats that affect the food's buffs are PE, OQ, and Flavor in about a 44/33/22 distribution. The duration weights Flavora bit more, and stack size is based 100% on OQ.

2. In addition to what you listed, any mind food sells well: Angerian Fishak, Bivoli Tempari, Ormachek, and Durindfire are the main ones I see move.

3. Any recipe specifying "Alcohol" can take either "Alcohol" (Novice Chef), Sollustin Gin (Mix I), Kylesian Fruit Distillate (Mix II) or Aludian pu36 (Mix III), although there are a few that require a particular type. Each level of alcohol is about 10-20% better as far as the additional buff and duration. Cons are that the higher-level ones require more resources, and generally a more specific type. They also require more time to do a factory run.

4. For grinding: wheat, corn, fruit (berries, flowers, or fruits) and water. Grind Wastril Bread until you get Mix II, then Ithorian Mists. For sale items, resources are all over the place: metals (high OQ), radioactive (for Aludians), lots of cereals (wheat and rice, mostly), vegetables (tubers and greens), fruits, berries, water, reactive gas, etc. For inorganics, get the highest OQ available, for organics focus mainly on highPE and OQ, although a really low Flavor can negatively affect your final results.

Hope that helps, and good luck on your Chefly path.
