Alright... putting the whole depression thing aside... let's make our own publish notes for chef, as they aren't listed in the Pub21 Dev thread.

Is it confirmed that our stacking abilities were changed to what we had before publish 20?

Are there any other stat food changes that were made in this publish?

Exactly what changes happened to Ruby Bleil?

Hmm...Ruby got changed? I guess I haven't been paying attention.

My Food Set got TOTALLY nerfed.

Used to be that I would take blob candy, Teltier Noodles, Bofa Treat, Spiced tea, then take a drink of Brandy, but Now I eat the blob candy, and Bofa treat, eat the Teltier Noodles, and those both go away, drink the Spiced tea, and then take the brandy and I'm left with only brandy.

And According to a guildie, foods have really short durations, Like 9mins changes to 90 secs.

You cannot eat the blob candy and the teltier noodles most likely because it bumps your action regen bonus to that of over 250. Seems as if the caps are back in.
