Ruby Bliel is inteaded to increase the uses of stim D's vs normally. Ruby bliel allows you to use a stim every 30's. With or without ruby bliel its still 60's b4 you can use another stim d.

Yes that drink is broken. How is actually works is that you take a drink and then you can use a stim. Take another drink right after, use another stim. It is an instant stim drink. Rather silly but it works that way. Look for the lowest fill possible on ruby bliel, 13-14%.

Lets break it down real quick....

If Ruby Bliel worked as what many here think then stims would only be used once per 30 second for a duration of up to 15 minutes. Under this assumption a 4/0/0/0 Doc, CM or even Jedi Healer would still be preferred over the use of Ruby Bliel and stims for that matter since the best heal time that could be done would be once per 30 seconds. If Ruby Bliel was made to do this then overall sales of this product would drop off drastically since most players would now have to invest skill points into a healing line instead of using the Ruby Bliel + Stim D's as their primary healing choice (this is what I do with all my combat toons and Jedi and it works just fine right now). If the total time was just cut in half but lasted for the 15 minutes than you'd have players needing less Ruby Bliel (since it lasts for 15 minutes instead of being used after stim use) meaning once again less overall sales (hence less revenue).

The problem is it says that it adds 30 to Stimpack Roundtime to which nobody knows what the roundtime is and no it's not 60. For all we can tell is that roundtime for stimpack is set to 5 to which the 30 increases by 6 allowing a stim to be used once per second. The roundtime is a hidden modifier to which cannot be adjusted by tapes, plates or anything else outside of foods. Honestly it's best if Ruby Bliel stayed the way it is now for sales will stay steady, gives players the option of using stims back to back with little down time until their stomach is full being the trade off for fast heals.

This is what you want though. It's a repeatable consumable drink to which will allow a person to use their stim packs once per second per drink but cannot surpass 10 in a set given amount of time due to stomach filling. In this instance a player is not only using up the 10 stims but also 10 uses of Ruby Bliel which means that they'll need to replenish their stock of bliel as they buy up more stims. Under this system it gives chefs (artisans really) a high revolving product for sales to which they can use for steady income. Why break the system and ask for it to become less powerful than it is now? Why would you want people to look to dabble in doc/cm or Jedi healer when the Ruby Bliel + Stim D's is a viable alternative giving a player more flexibility in their template?

It's a personal choice. If you are credit fat but low on skill points, stim Ds fit the bill. If you are credit fat and have the skill points then you get the CM skillsthen youbuy enhancers. If you are poor, then you come on to the forums and complain about prices and people ripping you off. It is all a personal choice, usually based on the situation the person finds themselves in. I am not going to pass judgement on what people decide for themselves, as they make that choice and live with that choice. Many people choose the be rich and do the necessary steps to become rich. Others haven't figured it out and complain about not having money.

Back to reality, pub 21 changed ruby bliel. What seems to be happening is that the 60 second round time can be reduced to 30 seconds. It seems to not work because there is a visual bug in the UI. The cool down shadow clock won't update, but if the shadow is at half, you can use the stim.
