Ok... spices are easy to figure out... they use precentages. Food, on the other hand, dont. So my question is how much more effect am I getting at +100, +200, etc? Adding +100 to health is a given, but what about to action and mind?

If I'd knew that, I'd... er... answer your question... Perform some tests and find out?

Well, the actual stat values (other than health) are hidden, so it can be tough to figure out.
I haven't been able to find any "official" documentation, but back during CU beta, a player extracted the species stat bonuses from the client files. You can see the numbers they got here. I offer no guarantees as to the accuracy of those numbers (they might've been changed afterwards, or maybe they were never right to begin with), but I can say that my Bothan seems to regen action faster than many other species I've grouped with (although buffs make that hard to judge).
It looks like all species have 1000 action and 1000 Mind for the pools, the health and regen stats vary by species.

Thanks for the info... I am surprised that the devs havent broken this down for us.
