The "Talusian Berries" in the Brandy is just a slot descriptor, it doesn't restrict what you can actually put in there. It's like the "Preservative Wrap" of Exo-protein wafers (for the "hide" slot).

The only recipes that require planet-specific resources are Bespin Port (requires all Tatooinian flora), and Correlian Ale and Correlian Brandy (requires, duh, Correlian flora). Anything else can use ingredients from any planet.

Aye for the brandy you can use any fruits or berrys- but there are some courses that you have to have specific ingredients (from a specific planet) I know thare is for example Bespin port that requires Tatoonian ingredients. You will see that when you open your crafting tool if the ingredients listed are klisted as "just" berries or if they are like Tatooinian berrys.
