Hey all,
The moderators do not like me to have too many stickies on this forum, and I have some more that I need to add here. So it is time for me to clean house. (Besides, they are going to be out of date fairly soon anyway.
I want to thank Ritualistic, SciguyCo, Ezran, Slinar and everybody else who contributed to these. I am really sorry to take these down because they are so well done.
Pre-Revamp guide to chef schematics including resources and effects
A great recipe for Sloppy Joe. If it ain't sloppy, it ain't a sloppy joe. In your heart, you know this to be true
16 oz. ground beef or turkey
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespooon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Wochestershire sauce (must pronounce this outloud.
tablesppon yellow mustard
1 table sppon sugar
6 hamburger buns
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion and green pepper. Stir in ketchup and water. Bring mixture to a boil. Add vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For each sandwhich, spoon about 1/2 cup filling between two halves of a hamburger bun.

Hmmm.... Doubtless you guys are aware of it, but to New Zealanders "sloppy joe" has some rather ...errr.... interesting meaning as a slang term involving latex devices and sex. Reading these comments was a definite ewwwwww moment

Hey Olz, actually I think the grind will be easier. You now have more options to grind with. Don't give up. it is not too bad.
read the FAQ and enjoy!

Thanks!
I've never made sloppy joes. But my kids like 'em..they get 'em at their fathers place. I'll give it a try, especially using the brown sugar.
And I LOVE the new chef! Man, it ROCKS!
