Among other things, I run a Resource Vendor on my server. Trying to keep up with all the resource shiftsis a task in itself, but it wasn't too hard to keep track of the best resources for chefs 33%FL / 33%OQ / 33%PE.
However, with the recent chef revamp it appears things have gotten a whole lot more confusing. I'd like to continue my surveying for the best chef resources, but I don't really know what 'is best' or at the least 'ideal'.
Taking a simple calculation one food, and one drink I came up with:
Drink relying
DR: 25%
FL: 17%
OQ: 23%
PE: 35%
Food relying
DR: 33%
FL: 17%
OQ: 15%
PE: 35%
I realize there are some discrepancies in this even, but I found most of the drink & food followed this pattern.
Now, this also assumes that every drink/food made has had 2.5points spent on Filling, Flavor, Nutrition and Quantity during experimentation.
Obviouslyit is impossible to spend .5 points and herein lies my 'ideal' resource to harvest issue. So if you Chefs could take a little time, and let me know what your making, and what your spending your points on it should help smooth over the transition from the old to the new.
(i.e. I make Vasarian Brandy, and spend 7 points on Nutrition and 3 points on Filling should help me immensely get the right product for you)
TIA

I would simplfy it even more, flavor is really a non factor now on the high end foods.. Anything past 30 minutes is a waste, and i hit 31 minutes with components that ADDED up to 320 fl in my brandy.. but to include all 4 stats, since they all DO matter to some extent:
OQ 40%
DR 25%
PE 25%
FL 10%
I would rather only need to put a point or 2 into filling and the rest into power. In some schmetics DR/FL are the 2 things to experiment on for filling, but in 90% of the cases, it is OQ/DR..
Hope that helps.

Remember stomach digestion time is 45min not 30min.

True, but since the Dev's have stated stomach filling was supposed to be 30 minutes, I am guessing they will fix it..

I hope they fix it! We need digestion times to expire when the food buffs do
Nothing like buffs wearing off and still to full to eat or drink again *sigh*

I am not a chef, but wouldn't the linkage of digestiontimes to how long the buffs last, be counterproductive? I mean, wouldn't that remove the need to experiment on duration at all?
