What are good stats for Brandy without the BE additive. Mine is hitting +220 for a little over 36 mins (which could go higher I played with the filling too much) with a 47% filling (next time, I will make the length longer, and only drop 1 point into filling and maybe one point into quantity)

I am using well above average berries, and 220 was maxing out, with experimentation points left over.

I've got good berries as well and I was maxing at 220. I can't remember what the time on it was though but I'm sure it was around 35 minutes. 49% filling.

I've been doing +200ish MFW, 45.5 min duration, and depending on what container I use, I either drop another point to boost MFW a bit or add one to the quantity.

mine is coming out +196/46mins/49fill/10use/ thats only with 20% base effectiveness and experimentation.I just got the resource to get it too 28% so im happy...but i'm selling mine like hotcakes.I comared mine to some BE made brandy +400/18use/40min/49fill selling for 250K a crate...so with mine half those stats im selling for 85K...and i sold 50crates in 1 night. i like CHEF lol . I WILL ,though,be making BE made soon...and i still will make NON-BE for the financially challenged.

Using Gefad Dantoine Berries, Agidol Dantoine fruit i was hitting +202 for 45 minutes. But filling is 51. The next batch i make i will drop that down below 50. The fruit im using isnt the greatest but i think my berries are making up for it.

Just finished my first run of regular Brandy, +222 for 37m30s with 49 Filling (7 uses with small glasses). Going to probably price these tonight at 50k, I think.

On the other hand, I made a 20 stack crate of Brandy with the additive yesterday and got this: +410 for 43m0s with 48 Filling (21 uses with casks). I'm sort of in the weird position that I've got a BE I work with, but no tailor (I managed to scrape up two crates of trim, though), and since I only plan on selling BE'd stuff in casks, I can't really produce the quantity.... not yet, anyway. That 20 stack crate sold in less than 20 minutes for 100k, so I don't think that 150k for a full crate would be overpriced for it at all. At least not on my server.
