Does anyone know how fast the stomach empties? I've read both 30 minutes and 45 minutes from full to empty.

One easy little forumula I use is 2.2 filling digestion per minute (thats now, once its fixed it will be 3.3 filling per minute). This number saves alot of time in calculating food duration vs filling. For example, I make a canape with 33 filling and I want to know how long it will take for my canape to digest. Just get 33 filling and divide by 2.2 filling/minute and you get 15 minutes. So that means your canape has to have at least a duration of 15 minutes to "beat" the digestion.
What if you wanted to find out how much filling to beat a duration? Simple, get the duration you want your food/drink to have, and multiply by 2.2. Lets use the above example. 15 minute duration canape times 2.2 filling/minute and you get 33 filling.
Remember, the trick is not to havea high buff, its to have a good buff and beat the digestion. At least thats how I try to plan my foods.

It is suppose to be 30 minutes,although a lot of people are reporting 45.
