Can anyone make VB with a 45 minute duration that still has 50 or less filling and about a 400 buff?

as soon as my casks are done being run I'm going to see what I can do with some of my other resources. I know I can get that using 2 different kinds of fruit the only difference being one results in a 49% filling and one is 50%.

Would you mind posting the stats of the fruit and berries? I done some testing but I dont have any high flavor items, but I am guesing those are some near godly reasources you lucked up on. At least I will have a better idea what is needed to make 45min +400 50fil18usebrandy.

You must have some very good resources available.
I'm no chef, but I believe the Broad Spectrum Nutrients (Medium Additives) play an important role as well, with a pretty decent Additive, (+85% Nutrition), you would just need a unmodded food of 45mins, 50% fill, +225 M/F/W .
It would then be +416 m/f/w after addition of BE food.

here are the stats on my fruit
DR - 720
FL - 996
PE - 945
OQ - 957
I don't have the berry stats handy at the moment but OQ and PE were about 850 each with DR being about 600 and not sure about FL. It was using an 81 broad spectrum nutrient.
