Can anyone tell me...is there any special recipe that requires eggs? Is there any particular recipe that might be better to use eggs as protein source over meat? Thanks for any info.

No....eggs are just generic organics to us. BE's need them specifically though.

We need a sticky at the top of this forums that says "WE DONT NEED EGGS, GO AWAY!"

Just yesterday I had to tell a customer who had patiently gathered a stack of about 50 eggs that no, chefs don't need eggs.
