i need to grind to master chf and waswondering on whats the best way to get xp?

Bakewastril bread until you get Mixology 2 then you should be able to make Ithorian Mists all the way to master.
For ithorian mist you need LOADS of:
Corn (20/mist)
Wheat (40/mist)
Water (20/mist)
