I used to write manuals for work...

SOE's manual, had it been my work at my job, would have gotten me fired.

1. In some instances it can actually mess you up rather than help.

2. Tons of stuff is missing or outdated.

3. Some player sites have better 'manuals'

I love seeing this level of dedication to informing the customers, while I am so awfully unemployed. Makes me mad in a far greater aspect than just in terms of this game, or gaming in general. People get jobs and just do horribly at them, while others who may actually do it better sit at home and rot away while they send out resumes and beg for interviews on the phone. (I used to beg in the actual offices, but I can't afford the gas to do that anymore.)

Sony just plain needs to hire more people, and YO! I sent my resume! I'd love to fix thatstinkin manual!

I hear you Cookie! Same situation and belief here...I am a "professional" writer, submitted a resume to them a few times now, and haven't heard back anything from SOE...perhaps I didn't mispell enough words and gave them too much right information...hmmm

Agreed. I sure can't spare 6 lots where I can't put a full working kitchen and have storage too.
