Thread: What are the most popular chef items? Which should I crate up to sell?
I'm just one box from master chef, and I've noticed a LOT of recipes I can make now... but I know there must be a best for each of the 9 HAM pools (or a combo of them). Could you please tell me which Items sell, and which would be best to do factory runs on? Maybe something like a top 10 foods list? I don't want to end up with 20 crates of something nobody has ever heard of and is just slightly below the power of something else that I could have made...
Also of the 4 types of alcohol to use, which should I always use if anything?
...I've found tat. sunburns are great to sell, (Learned that from popular request)...
Any info will help... thanks!
BoH
Angerian Fishak Suprise
Vercupti
Ryshcate
Corellian Fried Icecream
I've sold a fair amount of burnout sauce recently aswell for some reason, I think people are using it as an emergency heal
old question...new response... ![]()
Average best sellers (no order)
Angerian Fishak
Breath of Heaven
Bivoli/Glazed Glucose Pate
Ryshcate
Corellian Fried Ice Cream
Tatooine Sunburns (not for me though)
Vercupti
Veghash/Vegeparsine (once your customers know, they will love it with BoH as armor lube)
Flameout
Ice Blasters
Pet Food (I use bofa treats)
These are my biggest sellers...minus a few that have recently become VERY popular with the emergence of a new carbineer population who like the heavy action boosts. I found that cavellin creams packages with fishak are VERY VERY hot.
Pet food has been a staple for us...although with fewer creature handlers and mounts slowly fading away...we should experience a drop in sales...but it hasn't happened yet.
Of the alcohols, Aludiam should be your focus as it provides the best buff possible, butyou also make gin or plain alcohol...all depends how much time you are going to spend working your factories and the price point you want for your products.
The catch though, is that in the beginning, do not overstock or offer too varied of a menu. I made the mistake of providing nearly 25 different foods...now I have people actually asking for those oddball foods. :/ Try to restrain yourself to a core group...maybe 5 items to start then expand as you see what you can handle. Many of us run multiple factories (5 here) and they run nearly 24/7 producing subcomponents and fishak. ![]()
Scan the first 5 pages or so of this forum...there is a lot of good info here that you may find very beneficial.
I have started looking at the kylessian fruit distillate as a repalcement for aludiums. I have gotten great results so far from it. I belive I have gotten better buffs with it. I havent done a full test though.

I agree Sandusky...I do the same for the most part...I was merely talking about when just starting out...once established, a chef should have enough experience and knowledge to adequately project his market and take whatever risks he/she desires with potential overstock and profit-loss...hehe I sound like a retail geek now...must've been the 15 years in the industry... ![]()
Over the last 3 weeks...
1. Fishak (Sold my last batch of 50 crates in 6 hours)
2. BoH (I would sell more but it's such a pain to make)
3. Vegeparsine (Wasn't on my best sellers until about a month ago)
4. Tatooine Sunburns (Falling on my list, was #1 forever)
5. Ice Blasters (Old standby, always a hunting favorite)
The catch though, is that in the beginning, do not overstock or offer too varied of a menu.
Oops! I actually try to keep one of everything in my vendor so people know what's available to them.
Hm...kylessian giving better results than pu36? Really? o_O
