Thread: There really needs to be a warning when food wears off
Normally with my food and drink:
/Warcry2; /warcry2:
30 action cost, 30 action cost
This is currently the only warning I get when my food wears off
/warcry2; /warcry2;
-180 health, -180 health, you have been incapped by mobX
Id love to see a "your stomach rumbles in hunger or thirst" hehe
In Eq we had a warning when all buffs wore off...it was called
"Loading, Please Wait..."
Technically, those negative numbers flying over your head when you are out of combat are clues.
For in combat, assign certain foods to a toolbar slot, and write a mini macro for eating them. It starts by eating the food, then it has a timer that yells something like "Man I could go for some bantha steak!" near the end, tell you to reload/run away.
I think when the drink passes, a system message comes up saying,
"You feel the urge to urinate"

There are people who play in first person and are totally unaware that they have EVER had bizzare numbry things flying out of the top of their head. I was one of them for a long time.
That only applies to primary stats.
Breath of Heaven, when it wears out, has no floaties to let me know.... besides the masive HAM damage from specials.
