Okay...

I'm tired of having to search for a master doctor for Buffs (in fact normally I do without them, but the difference when i have them is so big that I know I really need to find an alternative.

I've given up eating my own spice regularly, the downers are just too nasty.

So that leaves me with one option (other than powerboost). Finding a friendly chef to cook me a nice meal.

Ideally this is what I want the meal to accomplish:

+ 500 to health andaction secondaries

+ 500 to mind

+ 500 to health and action

Those are listed in order of priority. Price wise there is a limit of 1000 credits a meal.

Is it possible to construct a mealthat will have those effects in my price range? If not is there something that will but is more expensive? Or what is the closest to my needs that I can buy?

Thanks in advance...

Tall order there - given that you can only manage one helping each of top end food and drink at once it would be hard to do all of those. If you can down a Breath of Heaven plus a Tatooine Sunburn (which is a lower level drink) at once, my first best guess would be those two plus a helping of Thakitillo for the following overall effects (using the figures from the Bible of chefs... http://www.ralloszek.net/swg/ChefPricing.htm

+200 Health

+2200 Strength

+200 Constitution

+1600 Stamina

+400 Quickness

+310 Focus

And weighing in at 950 credits for the combo. I'd advise having a play with the figures, there's probably a better combo out there.

Now of course, the downside - you know how many Master Chefs there are on Chimaera, don't you? I can provide the Sunburns, but not the master level stuff (2-1-2-4 chef atm and grinding very slowly upwards)

Thats why i posted here to try and find what I want...and then hopefully I can find a chef on Chimaera who can make it (I know a couple of masters). I just figured there would be more expertise found here.

Wow....you guys are so broken.

Having looked through that page I want to know if its possible to take the following at the same time?

Vayerbuk, Thundercloud, Bespon Port, Ryshcake and Veghash.

Hello!

I'm *fairly* sure you can't take those 3 drinks at the same time...Ryshcate and Veghash probably stack, but you may want to look at Vegeparsine (stronger version of Veghash) too!

Oh one more thing - the Double-dip Outer Rip Rumdrop schematic works now, and buffs strength and constitution, just fyi. Something else to look at

Hmm. Trying to decide if 100 point 4 minute buffs are worth it. I really hope you guys get fixed. I know its coming up, so I might end up just waiting until then.

While technically all these food and drink Items will stack I don't think you would be able to drink a Bespin Port/Vayerbuk/Thundercloud all at once. Two of them will likely fill you up and then take about 10-15 minutes before you can drink some more.

Fishak is popular because it gives +500 for 12 minute so when it is done you are ready to drink another.

As for the 1000cr meal limit you might have a problem. Food and Drinks come in "stacks" so each food or drink item has a number of uses. Fishak usually sells for 1600credits each but it will have 8-10 uses. This means it might be kinda hard to budget a specific meal.

As for us being broken, yeah but food is being revamped for January so a lot of the food you know now will be changing to buff skills like accuracy as well as buffing stats.

When I said meal i meant for one use of everything. I'm fine with buying crates of everything. But the short duration and lack of potency in the food buffs (except for sunburn/fishak is a shame.

Ya know, we actually are about 1000% improved from where we were only 2-3 months ago. We know the state of our products, and surprisingly, still manage to make millions of creds worth of sales every week, so I would think we are doing something right.

If you don't like what we are selling, go on back to Doc buffs.

Sorry I didn't mean to cause offense...

I know the mind foods are obviously essential for certain people (I know how much muon sells) and so is sunburn. Just espected the foods to be a little stronger or last a little longer. From what I've seen of the chef overhaul though it looks very sweet.

I agree and my rifleman/BE character wouldn't be any fun at all without Fried Ice Cream and Breath of Heaven. You just need to know what is out there, and know when to use it.

I really like what we have at the moment, and I'm hoping they keep the good stuff when they do the "fix" pass. I have a terrible suspicion they are going to ruin some of my good mind foods during the process.I hope not. *crosses fingers*
