Ok since i really cant afford to pay the additive price im think about experinting on what i can then flooding the market with low end brandy. What kind of price should i charge and do you think people will pay say 500-1000 for the low end brandy? I looked on the bazaar and its kinda bare for brandy with some decent brandy going for 5k but i want the low end. So is this a good idea? Any suggestions?

EDIT: Not the market market i meant bazaar. And i wont be advertising this on my forum server anyway.

I say go for it. Someones gotta take care of the newbies also. I have some of the most reasonable prices on my server for BE Brandy, even still, I know that not everyone can possibly afford it, nor are they supposed to be able to. Besides, do you really need the uber stuff if your a newbie out hunting gnorts. Even a more advanced combat professional doesn't always need the uber stuff in every situation and can get by for less. Offer them an alternative. I usually offer regular brandy in glasses as an alternative, as well as, throwing a few stacks of be and nonbe brandy on the vendor for those that just don't have the cash for a whole crate. It all sells.

I just made some low quality stuff (I'm at work so this is from memory) +184/basic time/q7/sf53. I put them on the bazaar for 1200 each and 4 got snatched up right away.

Two reasons why cheap brandy has a market on the bazaar:

1) it is an good overall mind drink that touches all three stats of the mind bar...people of all professions are always looking for mind food...for chefs, buffing the mind bar is one of theadvantages of our profession. So ANY good mind food (base stats) always has a market on the bazaar.

2) it's duration, at it's worst, is pretty long.

I also drop cheap brandy on the bazaar, but I would never do casks. Small glasses, non-BE. I put em up on the bazaars of the harder planets at 2k for about 6 doses, can't recall the buff number atm, and they sell. Singles about the same price, maybe a little less... and crates of same for anywhere between 50 and 100k depending on the rush to get them, and they sell across the spectrum.

I've also done Accaragm and want to do Garrmorl the same way, but on my own vendor to attract the new players and let them get a feel for what else is out there and what they can look to buy later..

It doesn't even have to be cheap stuff

If your BE stuff is worth 2k a bottle then just split a crate into 3s and sell it that way
