Seems like Large Glasses are the least efficient option as far as resources required - benefit is concerned.
I seldom use large glasses unless there's something I really need to increase the stack size on, and I just can't get no trim for casks which hasn't been a problem so far.
If I'm just making a stack of something for someone on the fly, sometimes I'll use a large glass just because.

Your english is perfectly comprehendable.
To me, the 2-3 more charges per stack gained from using a large glass simply aren't worth 90 more gems, customers would consider the difference negligible, not see why they should pay more, cutting into profits. I do use casks regularly though (15-21 charges per stack is a noticeable bonus), and always with BE tissued-food. I've noticed though that people are far less willing to pay an extra fee for casked non-BE food with 190 extra resources per stack. Seems odd to me - I think people are just stuck in pre-patch mode, used to getting 20 charges on a BOH for the cost of 90 resources and two factory runs, as opposed to getting 6 BOH for 290 resources and 4 factory runs. I also think that people looked at casked drink prices compared to food prices and, without understanding how much more effort goes into drinks, just think we're trying to rip them off. And probably the fact that no drink is worth using over brandy also kills bulk drink sales.
