Alright, well I'm less than half a skill away from mastering Chef, my first holo and 3rd skill mastered. I have a holocron waiting. I also am a Commando. I was wondering: if I used the holocron and it told me the profession and I'm able to master it with the skill points I get from erasing chef, would it screw anything up if I mastered Commando first or something, or would it make me do it again later or something? And also, if it was something like Bounty Hunter which would take up all my skill points, could I master Commando first with no damage done?

I need help. Please.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but maybe this will cover it:

When you created your character, you got fiveprofessions selected for your Force Sensitive unlocking path. Holocrons will tell you the next one on the list, unless there's only one left, at which point you get a silent holo. You don't have to do these in order, it's just basically a check list. And you don't have to have them all mastered at once (which is impossible anyway because of the skill point cost).

Let's say your list started like this:

1) Marksman

2) Chef

3) Scout

4) BH

5) Commando

So say you had mastered Marksman, scout, and pistoleer. Your list now looks like this:

1) Marksman (completed)

2) Chef

3) Scout (completed)

4) BH

5) Commando

You get your hands on a holo, it reads down the list for the first non-completed profession and tells you your path is "Chef". Until you master that, any other holos will tell you the same thing, since Chef is still the first uncompleted one. Once hitting Master Chef, your list looks like this:

Now reading a holo will tell you to master BH. You decide to finish up commando first, eventually succeeding. The game sees that this is on your force sensitive list, so it checks it off:
