Hi there I am trying to track down info for my guilds Chef - She can make brandy that adds 380 with 50 filling but each one only ever has 10 uses. We have seen some with 400+ 50 filling that have like 20+ uses but no matter what she does she can't get higher then 380 and never higher then 10 uses. Any help you can provide please email me in game

Use CASKS as the container for the brandy.

Alcohol doesn't matter at all.

Use berries with high OQ and PE

Use fruits with high OQ and PE

Try to find OQ/PE/FL meat and flora to make the BSN's. Good ones are around +88 or +89 nutrition.

... but the additive only has to be in the low 80s to hit 400. If she can't clear 380, you definitely need better flora... fruit, berries, and additive. Finding good meat in quantity can be hard, but even if you skimp a bit on meat quality you should still be able to hit 400 with good floras.

To elaborate on what has been said:

Casks will get 21 uses. It looks like she is using large glasses.

BSN with 88 or 89 are not good, they are great. 90 seems to be the cap for BSN until the secret research data is revealed.

The lowest BSN I have used is +83 and I can get 400 with that.

The only other thing I would asdd to the very accurate responses you hve received so far is that the final combine uses 66% PE and 33% OQ for the nutiotion value, so PE is the main stat, with OQ being second. That is the opposite from other classes, such as Doctor/Medic.

it kinda depends on your resources...some of us have to throw 1 point into the quantity to get it from 18 to 21 while using casks. There's more to it than PE and OQ, as i'm quite sure you're well aware of

if you still have Aludium p36 laying around, it will give you a higher qty than just 'Alcohol'.

what about experimentation points? should they be focused exclusively on nutritional value, or spread out...some in flavor, etc? I made my first batch today (using large glasses and I got 9 uses at +415 for 43 min.....and I pumped all my experimentation except two into nutritional value...the rest into flavor. If i'm using large glasses is 10 the max I can go as far as quantity?

In order to make good brandy, these are a must, A MUST!!!! A scout/ranger willing to supply a dump load of good meat, a Bioengie who will make the tissues, ( nutrition is the only one you need, the other tissues will cause your brandy to have low stats.) Casks, should be the only thing you need. you can use any quality inert chem, and fiberplast to make the trim, to make the cask use grid quality crystalline gemstone.

If you dont have a bio engie, send me a mail. lyn.

if you have a guild that is good about giving you meats. carnivore, domesticated, wild should be what your looking for, berries, fruit, and wheat/oats are good flora to have plenty of.

THese are my 2 credits. LYN
