OK, trying to keep my temper as best I can.
Made Havla - got it up to +103 - but it still doesn't make any difference to my friendly Doc types when they buff.
Am I dumb or can I shout and rant like I want to?
Does it need to go to +110 before it works?
Any info gets a free pie.

There are several trick to make havla to tick 
1-) Buffing doc must ignore the system message saying "You should wait for xx secs more to apply more enhancements" completely. Doc must try to keep buffing like mad.
2-) One other trick worth to mention is # of heals. Most of the time you get around 22-27 heals affected on the havla produced but you'll also hear from doctors they buff very fast 3ppl then havla is expired. After 12th heal/enhance doc has really has little time to apply enhancements. Actually havla works for 2x heals/enhancements but for some unknown !! reasons havla tends to expire very rapidly after 12th heal/enhancement. If the doc eats havla he should give up tip 10k pls and start buffing continously one person after another. In this way he should buff 4 ppl at least.
Anyone else is welcome to comment and share his/her experience with this seriously bugged food.

I would fail in that attempt also. Excellent service it sounds like you received...grr. It deserves an excellent retort I'd say, but I never was good at holding my tongue when offended. Oh, and your havla sounds excellent, tell that doc to just keep on healing and they'll see that it's very handy stuff.

Being a doc myself I must say that Havla simply does not work on me.
I had a doc friend that told me havla was amazing and that i should try it.
I bought a crate for myself with recovery time +100, ate it and it made absoloutley no difference. I ignored the messages and just continuously tried to initiate my next buff, it just kept saying "You must wait before you can apply more enhancements".
My friend then demonstrated it to me to prove to me it worked, he ate some of his own and then fully buffed someone within 20 secs. He gave some of his tome, I ate it and....nothing. Would not let me buff any faster than normal. The effect heals of the havla ticked down after each buff, and it wore off after 28 or so heals but it certainly was no faster.
I tried once more with different havla and then gave up.

The Havla MUST be above 100 to work. that's the trick 
So I should say check my vendor, cos i have some +103

+101 or higher = Havla that works.
I know this has been said mentioned in this thread, just thought i'd say it again
+100 and less does not work. Go figure =-)

Thats good info! I didn't know that!
One of the batches of Havla I tried was deffinately 90 something. However that still doesnt account for the Havla I received from my friend which works for him and is deffinately over 101. I will get the exact stats off him and try it again posting up the results if you like.

All of my havla is +100. It works well for my doc and for my customers. Is there something else going on for you there? +100 has been working for me for several months.

I can also confirm that +100 Havla works.
What does annoy me is that sometimes it doesn't add up the amount of buffs correctly and I end up being able to make fewer "turbo" buffs for no apparant reason (I'm also within the 1 hour timer)
