best way to know is to try it out. I use a very high PE and OQ with low DR and FLA for fruit and high all around for berries and i have no problem getting my 33 fill canape over 720 i am a 12 point chef though. You will not lose all that much money if you just try it out with a couple of additives

thanks man, i'll do some experimenting. i just hit master chef so i'm still working on building my supply stock, it'll be a while still before i'm cookin. but here's hoping.

Ok, so how bad is it going to be if I use a low DR component say in Canape? The PE and OQ are really nice so I want to use it, and I figure I'll use a high DR for the other component to try and balance it out, then try experimenting the fill down. Is this going to work, or should I not even waste my time? I'm not trying to make triple buff or anything...
