I may just not being attention but I've looked at the stickied posts.
Have you got post where you good chef types list yourselves by server, like squad leader has it's "Professional Squad Leader?
In my particular case looking for chefs who can make K-18 rations or Parwan Nutricake on Flurry. We maintain a load of harvesters and have a couple of master scouts so might be able to provide you with ingredients.

I don't think there's a sticky for that on this board. I know the Naritus Galaxy Trade forum has started a Naritus Yellow Pages sticky that lists not only chefs on Naritus, but other crafters, vendors, and other services.
I've not checked other Galaxy Trade forums to see if there's something similar there.
