what are the things i want highest in a reasource bascily any info on reasources you can give me for crafting good food let me know thanks

I usually look for
900+ OQ 600+ OQ
600+ PE 900+ PE
600+ FL 600+ FL
pretty much have one stat at least 900+ in OQ or PE and the other two stats higher than 600. I usually add up the three stats and anything above 2500, I will use/harvest.
Also, different people = different opinions.

i went shoping every thing is about either 920+ pe and oq and others idk not shure
