if you read the stickied FAQ (wich i recommend) it would be soypro from novice to desserts I .. the rest is in the FAQ

With novice chef, you wouldn't get enough experimentation points to make the few foods that box includes but you could make several components like Alcohol and soypro. I can't seem to keep up with the demand on alcohol in my crafting. I bet a chef would even contract you on the alcohols if you needed the cash and had the downtime in your factories.

Thanks for the info. I may well do that then and get Novice Chef. My food business hasn't taken off yet so both factories aren't doing much right now.

Well I got meself a Chef Apron tonight

Stats were something like

5 experiemention

and 5 something else

So they should help.

However, how do crafting stations work again? I put 1 day in my shop, a really high quality one. I stood beside it so I could do some experitmenting to make some Tea for a factory run, but it wouldn't do it. Wouldn't let me experiment and went straight to the end. I gave up and had to pull out my droid and use that instead. Any ideas.

Sure it was a food & chemical crafting station? Also I actually stand in the middle of the station to make sure it works for me and I hear that if you have several different types close by they can have the same effect on ya.

I wouldn't even bother making any of the foods and drinks that novice chef gives you because you will have so few experimentation points, the product will be quite bad.

What about the components, like that man said, alcohol. I thought it didn't matter about the quality of components.

Yep I'm sure it was a food and chemical crafting station, however its a small shop and the weapon and droid crafting station was real close
