the description isnt very informative and was wondering if anyone has done any testing on it and what exactly it does. sounds cool but when i used it when cu 1st hit i didnt notice anything. i guess i should assume that its prob broke like 50% of everything in the game but lets hear what the ppl have to say. thanks for any replies.

the person getting buffs from a doc drinks it and the buffs are extended. I think

i used it a bunch of times it only increases the duration of 1 doctor buff but since it poofs after 1 buff its pretty useless I think when i used it with 4400 medic i had nutrient injection it increased the time from 30 minutes to 45 minutes but no change in power.
