I know this probably isn't the right forum for this but I've been travelling around for over an hour and a half and not one single chef vendor yet has Canape...WTH?

Does anyone on Starsider still make this?

EDIT: I'd also be interested if anyone sellf Mandalorian Wine...no luck finding that either.

Well, I think chefs are still trying to get a handle on what people want to buy. And customers seem to keep changing their mind.

Have you tried the global vendor search? If you go to a bazaar in an NPC city, there's a "vendor search" tab that lets you find stuff for sale on player vendors on the planet (the "region" selection rarely works) or in the galaxy.

The simplest way to find canape would be to go to the vendor tab, then expand the item tree misc -> factory crates -> vagnerian canape. If you want singles, you can find those with misc -> food -> vagnerian canape (although most chefs stick solely with crates on vendors, leaving singles for bazaar sales). Switch to "entire galaxy", and it'll come back with all the canape up for sale on vendors where the owner turned on the galactic search (which should be most of them, unless they have a vendor hidden away for guild-only use). You can check the details of the found items to find ones with stats you like at a price you're willing to pay.

You can't buy the item from the bazaar search, but you can get a waypoint tothe vendor (or vendors) that do carry it. This should greatly reduce the amount of travel/search time you need to find what you want.

As a starsider chef I've never considered making Canape simply because trying to get to grips with CU foods is taking time and I preferred Ahrisa over canape's pre-cu.

I can see why it appeals to you and can make up some. I'll look into it some time today and should have some on my vendor soon. If you give Katier an ingame e:mail I can let you know when it's ready.

I stopped making canape, it just isn't that good. I do make many other foods that are of interests, may want to have a look.

BTW Mando wine isn't good either. BoH or Accarrargm is much better, depending if you need health reg or mind regen more. I personally use both, just switch over to accarragm due to now needing mind regen. I offer duration bonus drinks that can be buffed non stop for both.

BTW if you are realy looking for a special food/drink why not give a mail to a chef and ask him if he/she could do it?I'm allways up for custom orders

Hmm mines areound H:+384 HR:+50 MR:+200 stack it with brandy and your all set.
