Can anyone please help me in identifying which foods and beverages have the largest and longest effects on mind?

And if you're on Lowca, please email me in game for me to place an order.

I should have expanded on the fact that I need it to affect Willpower and Focus as well, not just mind. Basically, I'm a Combat Medic, I not only would like to have high mind, the problem is when wearing composite armour in battle, I need my mind to be able to regenerate quickly, so the encumbrance cost of armor need to renegged by food.

You want Angerian Fishak Surprise (~400 mind), Vercupti (~400 willpower), and either Rhyscate or Breath of heaven (Both give 300+ to focus, but Breath of Heaven usually gives more)

Bivoli Tempari gives about 200 to mind also, but you will proabably be close to full after downing the above dishes.

You guys are using some crap for resources.

You can get those numbers higher than that. I'm pretty sure I could get my CFIC up to like 350 easy, I know I've seen Fishak for over 500, and I can't even remember the best numbers on BoH and Ryshcate.

You will want to put Ryshcate with a Fishak/Vercupti combo, as I don't think you'll be able to down a Fishak and a BoH at the same time. The Ice Cream would work too, but it give boosts on a par with the Ryshcate for focus.The Ryshcate also gives strength and quickness buffs, which make it a bit better.

So I guess that should read..

Glazed glucose 300mind/300focus (food), fishake 400mind (drink), vercupti 350willpower(food) breath of heaven is good(drink) 350 str/quick/focus
