I'm thinking about becoming a chef, and i would like to know what are the resources required for maybe so and so food or so and so drink. Also, if it could give sample buffs, or whatever it does to you. That would be great, because i can't find a page like that

that was fast thx, and can you split food and/or drinks like you can resources? so if i make 4 of something, if i want to give someone 2 of it i don't have to give them the 4 and then ask for the other 2 back

You can split crates or remove stacks from a crate, but no, you can't split stacks. If you have a stack of 4 and want to give someone 2, you have to drink 2 first

I am just a little confused since when the food says it does something to stats, it does not seem to match the stat columns that are colored...am I reading it wrong?

ie. exo-protein wafers, +60 con, + 60will and then the columns say 40 for each....

That spreadsheet was done up over the course of some time, and there was a bug fix related to components that got implemented somewhere in the middle. The white stat column is more correct, although you will get some variation depending on resource quality and experimentaiton success. I use the colored columns when I'm looking for a particular stat (say a customer has requested a constitution buff), and the white one for a rough estimate of what the magnitude of the buff is.

I had been thinking about updating this while I was re-doing the FAQ, but with the revamp coming Real Soon Now (tm), I figured it wasn't really worth it.
