Just so you know, BoH takes a metric buttload of factory time. Like 10 hours per crate (including component factory runs), plus another 3-5 hours if you want to count the resource harvesting. This combined with its popularity is why you rarely see it in stock. Your best bet is to find a chef who would be willing to do a custom order, and be prepared to wait.
Personally, I think BoH is more trouble than its worth (and I've been bumping the prices of my occasional BoH crate). I figured once that I could spend a week and a half harvesting and doing factory runs only for BoH, make 25 crates, and it would sell out in a couple of days. I'm at the point where the idea of making 1.5 or 2million credits isn't enough of an incentive to me to go through that.
