I just got a crate of BE Vasarain Brandy and Blue Milk from a Master Chef on my server, and I have a good idea for this stuff. Rename it Doctor Happy Juice. 
I can now buff and heal my mind without spice downers or spending 5 hours finding a Musician and Dancer that's not AFK for mind buffs. I'm glad the Chefs finally got some love.

Doctor happy juice would probably go well with the Doctor Happy meal:
Bivoli Tempari: +10ish to wound treatment (which appears to help stat buffs too)
Havla: Reduce heal recovery 50% or so.
The Havlaand a Vagnerian Canape for big battles would probably make doctors a lot more effective in their groups.

Blue Milk = Combat Medic in a bottle
Very useful for combat class too seeing the majority of people have a low mindsetup.
