Chef Archive

I have heard these mentioned a few times, but they actually a feature in the game? I think it would be really ace if we could do a series of tough quests to find a schematic for something or other, that is not all that better than what we have, but a little? or to boost skill that is not yet covered by our new range of food.

I think this would add a bit more depth to the chef profession as a whole.
