I am looking for a actual list of food and drinks you offer, the list in the sticky is quite nice but its out dated....brandy with max of 200...no no no.

are there any homepages or lists with the food, effect and fillingranges?

The lists are up to date. They just don't include BE additives.

If you want numbers with additives, you can check what size the food takes from the chef list, and multiply the buff by 1.55/1.85/2.15 (for light/medium/heavy) to get a rough estimate.

shall I only multiplay the states it changes, like mind? or does that change also something on the time or the filling?

can every food take a heavy BE thing?
