Thread: Chef Experimentation
Ok.. is it just me? I am only a novice chef with 2 chef experimentation points... I get critical failures using chef experimentation more then half the time.... it seems the better the percentages of my initial craft the more likely I am to critical fail...
Am I bugged? Is this normal? Is it because I need to invest points in chef experimentation line until I start getting successful experimentations? Its very frustrating to me... I have never failed experimentation so much in any other profession. I don't understand what is going on.
Last night I had 10 critical failures in a row. I have no idea what is going on. Any advice/input would be appreciated.
I'll try making a new one when I find some good chemical to use on it.. that may have been my problem.. used a great metal and a crappy chemical...
Next question: Why master artisan.. they don't get any additional artisan experimentation points... I have full artisan experimentation... maybe I shuld train up master artisan.. I am qualified for it. Was saving the AP's for master chef but I can get them by time I actually get master chef.
The tool is all about conductivity. 930 conductivity copper got me to 14+ effectiveness. The chem doesn't matter.
Master artisan isn't necessary, if you have both the dom and eng lines filled you should be fine for making a good tool. Don't forget to make a high quality general items crafting tool to help you along with making the food/chem tool
.
is their a good web site to figure out what the important stats are for crafting specific items
swgcraft.com is good. However, if you look at the schematic in the crafting tool it will list what stats mean what. This guide goes over how that works: http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/content.jsp?page=Advanced%20Guide%20Crafting.This information can be trusted for most things other than food (for food it's just wrong information).
BUT, if you aren't doing this for a holo, and are just doing this for your own profession or to make money
I'd go like this
