I have heard havla only works if stronger than 100, is this correct? I hope not, or I have wasted a lot of resources

if it isn't 100 or higher, it has no value for speed buffing... 100 or higher gets rid of medical delay completely (other than CM's minimum throw time)

Well, that's been true ever since the revamp, but....it is a bug.


Any chance you could use the sub-100 stuff you've got to see if it's still broken? There's been a lot of changes getting put into Live lately, and a food fix might've been brought along with them. I've found the best way to test (if you've got novice medic) is to see whether wound healing gets reduced from it's normal 30s recovery time.

i am grinding chef now and tryed to make some havla to see what i did whit my resources i was not master when i did i just got 64, but it dident lower the timer

when i tryed it on my doc so its still bugged.

forgot to add this was 4 days ago
