Has anyone worked out the lowest possible combined rating for ingredients to produce filling 50brandy? (Assume a great success on the combine)
I'm new to the business and so have limited resources to test but here are two results to limit the test range.
Iethmib + Poesey (DR:592 & OQ:792) = Filling rating of 642 produces 50 filling
Fiewi + Poesey (DR:254 & OQ:947) = Filling rating of 427 produces 51 filling
I'd like to find the limit value so I can save myself an experimentation point and maximise the other ratings.
Thanks,

Apologies for replying to my own mail but I believe the crucial rating is 515.
Hence (DR*0.75+OQ*0.25) has to exceed 515 to get an initial 50 filling.
Hope this is useful to someone!

Sorry - I calculated that using an incorrect equation.
I've since tested with Aliochoo + Iethmib = 551 which produced 51 filling so the value is between 551 and 642.

Unfortunately, the 75%/25% formula is not directly related to the initial combine values, so you can't get an exact number that way. But if you use 600, you should be close.
If you want a more accurate limit, try:
15 * [ 0.5*(DR/1000) + 0.5*(OQ/1000) + 1 ] * [ 0.75*(DR/1000) + 0.25*(OQ/1000) ] >= 15
That should get you 15% experimentation on the initial combine, which I believe is the cutoff for 50 filling.
