Well, a few have been trickling in, so I figured I'd do one central thread for all our bug reporting.
1) Occasional "invalid item" error when pulling a food or BE tissue from a crate. This is also being seen by BE's, I think we may be inheriting some change/issue from the tissues.
2) Possible change in Brandy stack size or cask multiplier.
As you come across issues, post them here. And please, give as much detail as possible. If you're seeing different buff/duration values, post your experimental percentages and additive bonus. Different stack sizes, see what you get with different containers.

When I use a macro for crafting, no matter what schematic number I choose, I always get Spiced Tea, Caf or large glass.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Also, generic crafting tool seems to be able to craft any chef foods.

Well, I made a new stack of brandy using casks, and they came out with 18 uses, 21 with a point into quantity, same as always. This was with newly-crafted casks, the old ones I had were....misplaced due to a miscalculation on remaining factory maintenance. 
For the crafting macro, "/selectdraftschematic" is working fine. Every number I picked gave a different schematic. Now, the schematic number may have changed, it seems like publishes involve a database re-org that changes the order in your database.
And the generic tool making every food is just a result of the reduction in complexity we got in the revamp to speed up factory production. The highest complexity item we have is 15, which is around the cutoff between "generic tool" and "specialized tool".
Anything else? New stuff? Garrmorl is still bugged. Barrels (at least ones made pre-publish) aren't doing anything with either brandy and breath of heaven.

Oh man.. I need to check that out soon.. My casks were giving 21 uses w/ no experimenting...

This depends on your resources. The ones I had used for about a month gave 18 uses. Some new ones now give 21 uses. They still give 21 uses after the patch.
Tested some BE tissues. Using the exact same meat and flora I get the exact same results as before. 79% on a BSN is 83% nutrition buff.

For some reason when i go to craft Vasarian Brandy it will not allow me to use my medium bio food enhancers on it.I have several crates in my inventory but in the ingrediants screen during crafting they will not show up.Has any else had this problem.I know they did work,i used the samecrates on my last batch and they worked fine.WTH!!!!!!

You did check that they are in fact Medium Food additives and no the bio-engineered tissue? You cannot put a Broad Spectrum Nutrient directly into food, you have to manufacture the additive first.
It's an easy mistake to make - especially when your working with the crates and not the actual items, I've delayed food runs before because of this.

ive got the same problem with the additives ... and yes i checked, dobble checked, tripple checked and rebooted 50 times and still i cannot add it ... If anyone else have this problem to pls state it here in order to get it fixed ASAP. Im gina having a problem due to orders i cannot complete

Are they crated ? If so, try taking one out the crate first.
Also might be worth dropping them somewhere and then picking them back up.
I'm using my pre-patch additives fine, so I can only suggest you try the above :/

ran into the same thing un check the filter items and they should go in still without trouble even though it filters them out if you can see it it will still allow you to use it

Only problems I've seen are some crates giving the unable to get item error rendering them useless and the no item count on items on the vendor. Even with the patch that was supposed to fix item counts on the vendor, I still have about 20 different items on the vendor out of about 400 that are not showing an item count.

tested out barrels since Pub 9 and they are still bugged, only 6 in the stack. I also had the issue with crated, dough, soypro ect. Didn't show up on the filtered items. Unfiltered I couldn't add directly from the crate, had to take one out. Now I haven't tried a schematic with crated items yet but if that is the case this could really prove to be a problem.
