Looks like random conversation snippets.... And the CSR there does know what he's talking about. Firstly because they do work and secondly because they do work, he/she/it didn't ask for any level of clarification. Perhaps CSR are going for a new tactic of placation...
If you want to prove that they are really broke, provide this thread with experimental findings that would indicate what's borken and why. My report on Micronutrients and Bio-Strength have some pretty strong evidence that additives do work. So what additives are not working for you and what exactly is not working about them?

I did basically the same test as Szoept and arived at the same results.
Additives in food work.
I've kept the results in my safety deposit box, in case anyone lese ever needs proof.

They work, they're just small, and we only have like 4 items that use them. The good ones need milk for bio-engineers to make.

Heh, I'll have to give some Milk to my BE friend and have him make some of those, I'll see what happens.
