Hey all I recently bought a stack of Tat sunburns off a vendor to test them out during pvp, but now for some reason I can't drink any of them, I was able to drink one though but none since that first one.

I click on the item and hit drink on the radial and nothing happens. Also my drink meter is all the way down.

Another question, do food buffs from the same food stack? Like if I fill my drink meter with drinks from tat sunburns will the effects stack or just make the initial buff last longer?

yes they stack and look down about 10 posts. the bug has been answered a million times.

Sadly, food stacks become bugged recently. The workaround appears to be this: drop a stack of food on the floor of your house, eat the top item, then pick up the stack. After that you should be able to eat the rest of the stack until you log... the stacks get "frozen" so you can't eat from them when you log. I know, its a horribly irritating bug, I hope it gets fixed soon.
