The best drink that I have seen is the Ice Blaster. It's one of the few that effects willpower. For food it's the Vercupti.

3 tieltier noodles is better than Vercupti of Agazza Boleruuee. lasts half as long but no stamina hit and its easier to make. you get a nice hp buff too..

If you eat/drink more of the same type of food (your 3 noodles)the buff stacks?

Actually for willpower buffs Protien wafers from novice Artisan are the best.

with high engineering you can make those in stack of 10 with +102 willpower and con and they can be eaten about 6 or 7 at a time.

only problem is the few min duration but they work great to reduce a incap timer in PvP

wait so different foods are more or less filling then others? So I could eat5 of one thing but only 1 of another thing? Do anylists of chef foods include how filling they are?

Different foods are more filling, but there is no way to check the filling other than stuffing your face so there's no master list. As a general rule the more advanced the item, the more filling it is .
