I've been meaning to try to figure this out, but never got around to doing so. Maybe I'm not clever enough to think of a way because the few times I've thought about it, it was awfully hard to do--since the "full" meter only loads when you drink/eat something, you'd have to somehow have a way to gauge how far it went up, too.

Anyway, does anyone know how long it takes to go from a completely full stomach to a completely empty one, exactly? This includes our "drink" stomach, too, if it's different than the "food" stomach. Even some sort of (good) estimate would help. I'd like to know just how long my buffs last against how long it takes to get "hungry" again.

Digestion occurs at a rate of approximately 1 bar/minute. Food and drink stomachs are separate and don't effect each other. So, if you were as full as could be on both food and drink, it would take 20 minutes to be completely empty.

The bar size isn't increasing regularly, it's a graphical anomaly. When it renders something at a half value, like 14.5 bars full, it stretches the bars at times. You can see it happen on your HAM and secondaries on your char sheet as well.
