milk is used to make butter, which is used to make pikatta pie, the dodge food. Since butter is a component, the stats in it make no difference.
I suggest you find a local chef, and trade the butter for a crate of something, or just give as a gift.

Actually milk is also used in Blue Milk, and in flavor enhancing bio-enhancements, and stats are important to both. The stats on this milk are half decent if not stellar, I wouldn't necessarily just throw it away.

What would you consider a fair price for similar wild milk (Dantooine) with a flavor of 950 and OQ of 700 (ish) ?
Also - fatgit weren't you once on the Tarquinas galaxy just outside Theed? Just curious.

Milk is also used by Bio-Engineers for making certain food and clothing enhancements.

Yeah, with certain foods really benefiting from a flavor BE additive, milk of very high quality can be quite a nice commodity. I'm working on collecting a batch of 30k of some nice stuff right now to have made into medium flavor additive for a big batch of the burst run food.
